Born and raised in the vibrant city of Delhi, Chef Bakshi discovered his love for cooking in the heart of India’s food capital. His journey began at the prestigious Maurya Sheraton Hotel, where he mastered the art of traditional and modern Indian cuisine.
In 1999, Chef Bakshi brought his culinary talents to the United States and later to Canada, where he quickly made a name for himself as a chef in one of the finest restaurants. With a wealth of experience and a deep love for Indian flavors, he opened “An Indian Affair,” which soon became a beacon for food enthusiasts seeking authentic and innovative Indian dishes.
